🏉 Ladies, it’s time to unleash your inner warrior! 💪

Join us for an afternoon of fun, fearless women’s rugby training camp led by fully qualified RFU coaches.

✨ No experience needed
✨ Just bring your enthusiasm
✨ Learn, laugh & get stuck in
✨ Free water bottle for the first 20 people to arrive!

Step onto the pitch, try something new and release the warrior within. 🏉

Join Hastings And Bexhill RFC at White Rock Gardens, for fun touch rugby sessions. For girls and boys in year 7 to 11.

Come along and have fun. No experience needed. Bring trainers and a water bottle and give it a try.

Sunday 26 July and Sunday 2, 9, 16, 23 August, 11.30am to 1pm
Near the Skatepark, White Rock Gardens, Falaise Road, TN34 1EU
No need to book, just drop in!

Safety Notice: These sessions are part of the Active Hastings Summer Holiday Programme for young people in St Leonards. For everyone's safety, please remember the nearby Former Convent site is dangerous and must not be entered under any circumstances. The site is unsafe and is strictly out of bounds to all participants. Please stay with the activity leaders and within the session area at all times.

🏉 Looking for a new challenge or a new sport? Come and join us at Hastings & Bexhill Women’s Rugby!

Our pre season starts this Thursday, and there’s no better time to get involved. Whether you’ve never played rugby before, are returning after a break, or already have experience, you’ll find a welcoming, supportive team ready to help you every step of the way.

Rugby is a fantastic way to build fitness, develop new skills, boost your confidence and make lifelong friends. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or fitness level.
