What did i do to completely change my body in 3 months 🤔
and no, i didnt restrict myself from all of the foods i love or train for hours on end…
So what did i actually do? ✨
Prioritised protein in every meal - this kept me fuller for longer, boosted my metabolism and helped me preserve muscle while losing fat 🤩
Trained with Intention - I didn’t just train ‘whatever’, i followed a structured plan and made sure to push myself in each session! (not just going through the motions) 💪🏻💕
No extreme restrictions 🍫 - i didn’t cut out carbs, ban chocolate or live on salad! 🤦♀️
I was mindful of my calorie intake through tracking and portion control because it’s not easy to stick to when you aren’t enjoying it 🙌💕
It’s not a secret or complicated!
It’s about showing up for yourself , making small changes and staying consistent … even on them harder days 🫡
