**Football Presentation**
Yesterday we celebrated our end of season with our Seaton Carew U14’s.
A brilliant, relaxed atmosphere and evening with a brilliant group of parents, players and their families.
A superb season one that I’ve personally really enjoyed. Some brilliant performances but for me the highlights have to be the whole group’s development and how they’re performing in competition. With so many talented players deserving of awards but here’s the 4 main categories and winners.
Most Improved
Josh Howat: A brilliant goalkeeper and a special lad. He’s been brilliant this for Seaton. But this year especially I think his maturity and how he’s led from the back, been vocal with his players and his ability with the ball at his feet has been outstanding. All them sessions playing outfield are really starting to pay off. The level of support and the confidence he’s giving others within the group is first class. Almost as loud as me but I’m still 1st place!!! Well done Joshi ❤️👏👏👏👏
Top goalscorer
Luke Reed
This was a closely contested award but I think what clinched it for Luke was clearly his consistency but also his amazing ability to find the back of the net with perfect accuracy. A tough year for Luke personally and games missed and we’re so pleased to see everyone getting back to full health and back within the group with Luke enjoying his football and helping the team while Mark supports from the sidelines.

Players Player Award
Thomas Bibby
A colossus at the back!
Big, strong, quick, intelligent and good in the ball.
A player that uses all of his best qualities to the absolute maximum.
Dedicated, talented and committed yes….but he’s also a well respected and liked player on the pitch and kid off it.
And there’s Lots more to come from Thomas.

Parents player award
Archie Dinsdale
Parents have been witness to a fantastic season from the boys and have loved watching the team grow this year. A big part of this is the togetherness, confidence and enjoyment that the lads have shown throughout their sessions and their Saturday morning league games. Archie has been a massive contributor in all of the above. A lad that leaves everything on the pitch and absolutely loves his football. Plays every week like it’s his last and is another example of hard work and dedication helping you grow and improve. A top quality player that’s enjoyed playing in different positions and a brilliant lad to coach.
