This one hits differently if you ever lost the privilege to move your body.

I couldn’t exercise last three weeks. I also work with a few clients at the moment who are also facing challenges and cannot move the way they would like.

So don’t take it for granted as not everyone has that privilege. Move your body because you can, not because you have to.

On that note … I did my first workout today after 3 weeks. It was hot and sweaty but it felt good.

7 strength exercises with different equipment - squats, lunges, BB chest press, KB shoulder press, DB Bi curls and TRX triceps extensions. I finished with playing with handstands.
