In less than 4 months, we head away for our annual fitness retreat and every year it reminds us that this is about so much more than training.
It’s about movement, connection, adventure, recovery, laughter, challenge, and stepping away from the normal routine to recharge properly.
What started as an idea has become one of the biggest highlights of our year…and year 3 is going to be the best one yet.
