Hi Yoga Sisters and Brothers!
How are you all? Yes, I am still around and up and running!
At the moment, I am only teaching yoga privately on a one to one basis, or small private group basis.
I am also specialising in targeting clients’ personal needs, whether it be going through a menopausal journey, recovering from surgery, chemo, or dealing with injuries.
I am qualified enough to help, and have lots of successful results from clients (ask them)!
I would love to see you guys, old and new! Why not just pamper yourself and get my full attention at a one to one session.
Places are always limited but I will always fit you in.

Hi yoga sisters,
As you know I post little, but do a lot!
If you know any friend(s), sisters, etc. Who going through the menopause, please pass onto them the benefits of my yoga teaching. This is one side that I am specialising in and the results are phenomenal. Ask my current clients who are going through the big M! These classes are only run on a private one to one basis, as each woman’s needs are very different.
Looking forward to helping more ladies with their menopause journeys.
Of course, I am also teaching yoga for ALL ages and abilities and levels.

It’s been a while since I posted anything, but, I am sure by now, anybody who knows me, knows that I prefer action rather than words!
Action is starting to happen from today, and I am taking bookings for my private one to one yoga classes (outdoors until 17th May) or in a suitable area in your houses, I.e. separate suitable gym space.

Hi Yoga sisters and brothers!
How are you all? I have been very quiet posting anything as have had to really reshuffle my classes. At present, I am not teaching any public classes as it just doesn’t work with the new ruling. Understandably, our health is our priority.
I am teaching privately on a one to one basis or small groups in the safety and comfort of your own homes and surrounds.
With my offer of a 30% discount to help whilst we get through these very tough times, and to still have the benefits of my expertise in teaching you yoga, why not give it a try!
Promise I will update regularly to keep you posted.

Hi yoga sisters and brothers,
Hope you are all keeping safe and well. I am back up and running with my yoga classes. One to one and small group.
I am starting an outdoor yoga class in Stanmore commencing Monday 13th July at 10am, weather permitting ! Then Fridays 10am and Mondays 10am. Social distancing (2 metres) and own mats essential.
Would be nice to see you all again and to get our new normal up and running.

Hi Susan’s Yogis,
Yes, I am still around and looking forward to getting back to a new normal soon!
At the moment, public classes will not be taking place for quite some time and because of this, I am offering my private tuition, to be held wherever possible outdoors (in your garden or at a park), or where there will be the 2metre space between us.
Strict distancing rules will apply. No touching and the use of your own mat is essential.
I will be restarting my teaching, commencing 1st July (subject to the virus being contained).
Have started taking bookings already as people are fed up with online and want to get back to some decent tuition!

Hi Susan's Yogis!
Just wanted to let you all know that my classes will be running all summer.
I also have a few slots that have become available for my private one to one tuition (please contact me for details). My private classes also include specialised tuition for people going through chemo, etc or are now in the recovery stage where they need to really build up all that muscle tissue that has been lost during therapy.

Classes are every Thursday 10am - 11.30am & Friday 10.30am to midday
