Would you make your younger self proud?

I can say Oh hell yes!!!

If I could go back 25 years and show my younger self what she’ll be doing when she’s nearly 50 I can honestly say her mind would be blown.

Age is just a number and if you have an urge to do something that won’t go away Do It your soul craves it and you have no idea where it will take you❤️

Last week was very eye opening for me in a good way but from sad circumstances

It has made me realise something I knew but didn’t really think about

Stop putting things off, stop waiting, stop leaving things till you’re ready

Life is now, nothing will ever be the right or perfect timing.

Waiting just delays your life and you lose trust in yourself

Tomorrow isn’t promised especially with the madness of the world currently

So live like it’s your last day, do the thing, where the outfit, enjoy everyday and love what you do and who you have in your life.

Spin pole fun on Monday

Being honest i really didn’t want to do spin on Monday and it was clear 😂

But by the end of the night i am glad we did it

Sometimes we tell ourselves that we don’t want to do something but when it’s done we’re glad we did. Monday was that for me just ask my instructor.

I feel like I have entered a new era in my life and I am so excited for what I will learn this year and who I will be by the end of the year.

New habits, new hobbies and new training
