i have combined the zumba with the belly dancing which works faster to get a fitter and more curvecious body as the zumba moves concentrates on all the body shedding thouse calories,whereas the bellydancing concentrates on the stomache,legs...,thighs and uppers stomach and bottom..wheni used to do zumba it was all very well and i lost alot of weight but when i started adding the bellydancing moves
it was double the effort and double of the shedding of the calories,i know iam egyptian and know the wonders belly dancing does to the body,cuts half the time of the weight loss programme when done regularly...its very addicitve as well as u dont realize u have done so much work and worked so hard except after the class is finished,really its one hour of very enjoyable exercise u have ever done,all u need to do is try it once,then spread to ur friends please so they can join in the fun....
