Have you used Harrow Bike Track in the past year? If so, we want to hear from you!

It's not too late to fill out our 30 second survey this weekend to let us know how many times you have used the track recently! (No names or contact details required).

We are doing this survey because we've counted over 1 million visits to pump tracks in London, Bristol and Manchester since the pandemic began. This is huge, and we want to understand some detail behind this big number!

Hi all,

We are still in need of volunteers to:

- ADMIN: Manage the Harrow Bike Club page and email account
- FINANCE: Set up and manage a bank account for Harrow Bike Club
- COACHING: Track helpers/coaching support
- WELFARE: Be the point of contact for any welfare, safeguarding concerns. Training can be provided.

Please get in touch with us if you are interested in any of the above. As a community-led club we are completely reliant on volunteer support so any help would be much appreciated.

Wednesdays 12pm-1pm – 6 week block: 03/11, 10/11, 17/11, 24/11, 01/12, 08/12

Fridays: 9:30am-10:30am – 6 week block: 05/11, 12/11, 19/11, 26/11, 03/12, 10/12

Sessions are super fun, chilled and a great way to meet new and likeminded women.

Complete beginners are welcome. Even if you have never tried BMX before we would love to see you! First session is free and then £5 thereafter.

BMXercise is our fun, friendly fitness-based version of BMX for Women 16+

Wednesdays from 10:00 - 11:00am

❗️We would just like to remind everyone that our Wingz sessions are for those with a disability, SEND, impairment or additional needs. If you are a new rider, with no additional needs, we would recommend our beginners session at 10:30-11:30❗️

‼️‼️ ATTENTION ALL SCHOOLS ‼️‼️

We are looking for new schools to join our free outreach programme. We have the following available:

• Afterschool club starting after May half term: 6 weeks: 08/06, 15/06, 22/06, 29/06, 06/07, 13/07.
• 10-12 week programme starting from September (Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays available)

NB: this is for school/community groups and NOT for individuals.
