Starting week commencing 9 March 2026 at Ashville Sports Centre, Yew Tree Lane, Harrogate HG2 9JP 📍
Here’s what’s on:
🗓 Wednesday 8:00–8:45am – Circuits
A fun, full-body circuit workout using a mix of equipment to build strength and fitness. Move through stations at your own pace with options for all levels.
🗓 Wednesday 6:00–6:45pm – Bootcamp
High-energy, full-body training combining strength + cardio. Expect to sweat, move and feel strong — with scalable options for every fitness level.
🗓 Friday 5:30–6:15pm – Indoor Cycling
45 minutes of motivating, music-driven riding to boost cardio fitness and strengthen legs + core. You control your speed and resistance — suitable for all levels.

✔️ Beginner friendly
✔️ Exercises can be adapted and scaled
