1, "Drive it!"
2, Sic, as in… "Those guns are sic!"
3, Guys, "hey guys, hows it going?"
4, Planks!!!... 1 minute... Go!!!

Great way to start the day. PT-ing at 7, home by 9, walk dogs, eat more, rest and PT again later on. Good times! Might even sneak a cheeky little chest sesh in.

Happy new year!! 2014 was a big year for me, I've moved to Hull - a great city, and met loads of great people. Thanks to 1GYM Hull and everyone - clients, customers and colleagues who have helped develop Ste-PT. I'm looking forward to seeing what 2015 brings.

Soup has been proven (using science!!!) to keep you feeling fuller for longer. Separation in the stomach (sieving) allows faster emptying of liquids. The faster a meal is digested, the sooner you will become hunger. Soup reduces the gastric sieving - slowing down digestion; keeping hunger at bay. Pretty cost effective to!
