🟢 ADHD has rewired the workplace...

That was BBC InDepth's headline this week - and journalist Esyllt Carr's piece is packed with evidence on backlogs, tribunals, and employers who are stuck. We're proud our neurodiversity charity, The Hidden 20% , was asked to comment.

Here's the truth: society is playing catch-up. We, neurodivergent people, have always been here. We're just not hiding anymore 💚

Millions of people are finally understanding why they kept changing jobs. Why they kept burning out. Why they felt so exhausted all the time. And they're done struggling in silence.

But Professor Amanda Kirby nailed the real issue in one line: "Nobody fits into neat boxes." We keep trying to solve this one label at a time. One training session at a time. It won't work - because it doesn't reflect reality. And she didn't stop there. More tribunals. More fear for employers. More bias and exclusion for neurodivergent people at work. So what's the first step to avoiding all of this? Curious founders, CEOs, and leadership teams - this one's on you.
