In just 3 weeks, Team Asset takes on the Ministry of Sound Games, and we couldn’t be prouder of every member stepping onto that competition floor.

For some of our members, this will be their very first competition. We admire the courage, commitment, and determination it takes to step outside your comfort zone, challenge yourself, and put months of hard work to the test.

So proud of ! Since starting her journey she has achieved:

⬇️ 6.5kg weight loss
⬇️ 4.7kg body fat reduction
⬇️ Reduced her visceral fat score

Progress shout out 📢 Real progress isn’t built overnight — it’s built through consistency, commitment, and showing up even on the hard days 👏 has proved this with his latest inbody results. We love to see it ☺️

Ellis has:
⬇️ Reduced his body fat mass
⬇️ Lowered his body fat percentage
⬇️ Dropped visceral fat
⬆️ Increased his skeletal muscle mass

Above is exactly what we strive for with all our members, but everyone’s journey is different and that’s ok too. Being consistent, pushing yourself outside your comfort zone on our gym floor and making small gradual changes outside of the gym all add up to improving in all the right ways 💪

We’re incredibly proud of his dedication, trust in the process, and willingness to keep putting in the work week after week. The results speak for themselves 📈
