Leisureat cheltenham HAVE LOWERED THE AGE GROUP TO THOSE AGED 7 TO 12 yrs

THEREFORE U13 CLUBBERCISE CLASSES WILL RUN FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS 🥳🥳

Older age group 12 to 17 still welcome but please not the session will be aimed for the younger age ability.

Does your child/teen aged between 7 to 12 years like to crank up the music, turn off the lights and let loose on the dancefloor? Then U13 Clubbercise is a perfect class for them.

U13 Clubbercise
● Performed in a Darkened Room, with Glow Sticks and Flashing Lights
● Child/Teen-friendly playlist of recent dance, pop and urban hits
● Fun, social and creative workout
● Builds confidence and friendships
● Improves coordination

When: EVERY MONDAY
(Until end of the summer school holidays.

FAMILY CLUBBERCISE ANNOUNCEMENT:

Hi everyone if I held some classes at the Oasis Cheltenham just next door to police centre on coronation square week commencing the 17th to 20th and 23rd to 27th how many could make it. Day and time tbc. They also have some availability at Coopers Edge Community Centre in Brockworth... I am struggling to get hold of a few of my contacts for venues atm but I am heart set at putting some classes on so we can all glow as one big glow family. ✨

My names Lucy & I would like to give a WARM WELCOME to my EXCITING NEW VENTURE & PAGE🤩.

As you may already know, I teach adult CLUBBERCISE CLASSES as a partnership with the AMAZING Cheryl Jackson and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I am also very PASSIONATE about KEEPING KIDS & TEENS ENGAGED IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & HELPING THEM FALL IN LOVE WITH EXERCISE BY KEEPING IT FUN & FRESH.

Family, U13 & U18 Clubbercise classes are created by mixing components from the original Clubbercise adult classes with youth-oriented elements, so that kids and families can too!

Classes feature all the original Clubbercise components and concepts, including the official flashing glow sticks & disco lights. Routines consist of easy-to-follow moves and are tailored to each age group.
