TeamMates We are a children’s sports coaching company based in Hampton Hill. We provide opportunities for children aged 5-11 to love sport and improve.

Tom Rose and Jack Pannett, alongside many other local and trusted sports coaches and teachers, are expanding to offer sports events in the school holidays with a personal, interactive and enjoyable approach. Tom Rose - former PE Co-ordindinator, teacher and PE specialist. Jack Pannett - former teacher and current FA qualified coach.

🥳10 YEARS OF TEAMMATES!🎉
Last night, we celebrated a massive milestone with a wonderful garden party! We brought together coaches from the past and present, and were so incredibly grateful to share the moment with our immediate families and the wonderful company that has made TeamMates what it is today. We really do have such a special team.
In true TeamMates style, we couldn’t resist adding a competitive element to the proceedings!

A massive chapter is closing! 🎓🏫

As this school year wraps up, we wanted to say one final, heartfelt thank you to everyone, with particular emphasis on our Year 6 Leavers.

This year has been an absolute blockbuster for us, both on and off the pitch! Not only did we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of TeamMates, but Jack got engaged and Tom welcomed his first child.

Having you all along for the ride made these milestones even sweeter.

To our Year 6 Leavers: We hope you enjoyed the full length video in assembly down memory lane! Coaching you all has been a privilege. You will always be part of the TeamMates family. Go smash it in secondary school!

We are endlessly grateful for everyone’s support, the lovely cards, and the incredibly generous gifts. Have the absolute best summer!

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK! 🏏🚌

They say sport is about overcoming obstacles, but we didn’t expect the first one to be the school minibus!

On the morning of our big cricket tournament, the bus decided it wasn’t going anywhere. But at TeamMates, we don’t let a flat battery stop the game.

A massive thank you to our incredible pupils and the parents who stepped in at the last minute to get us there in the nick of time.

It’s moments like these that truly show the spirit we try to foster every day:

- Kindness: Helping each other out when things go wrong.
- Determination: Not giving up just because the engine won’t start.
- ⁠Fair Play: Working as one big team before we even hit the pitch.

When everyone pushes together, we can overcome almost any obstacle!

We might have arrived a little out of breath, but we arrived ready to play. 🏆✨

We are proud to announce that TeamMates was recently recognised by for their Key Worker campaign! 🥂

Tom and Jack were nominated by a parent within the Lucozade business for their commitment to inclusive sports coaching at Hampton Hill Junior School. We are thrilled to have won a case of Sugar-Free Pink Lemonade to share with the team!

Our mission has always been to foster a love of sport through kindness, fair play, and determination. Receiving this recognition reinforces why we love what we do every weekday morning.

Time to recharge! 🔋✨
Before we dive into our massive 10-Year Anniversary push this Easter, the team is taking a well-earned breather. 🧘‍♂️🌼
But don’t let the quiet fool you—there is so much happening behind the scenes. We’re gearing up for:
