We specialise in helping women who are fed up of feeling stiff and achy to move with less discomfort and more ease.
Here are some of the FAQs I get asked:
❓Do I need to be fit or flexible to start Pilates classes? Nope, absolutely not.
❓Are the classes suitable for beginners? Yes, many of our classes are perfect for beginners, or those returning to Pilates after a while away; and some of our classes are best for those who’ve got more experience. But we always help you discover the best class for you.
❓ What if I can’t do the exercises? We always find the perfect option for where your body is on any given day.
❓Will the class be full of the sort of “Pilates bodies” you see on Instagram? We all have bodies that are different shapes, sizes, ages and skin tones..and we all do Pilates. So 🤷🏻♀️
❓ When & where are classes? We’ve got in-person classes every weekday led by one of our expert team in Hampton, Hampton Hill or Sunbury. Plus we’ve got a couple of online classes too.
