One of the best things you can do for your face is to maintain your posture regularly!

Puffiness, puffiness, dull and faded skin are all possible when your posture is compromised!

📌Our body is a single system with our spine at the centre. Therefore, poor posture is the cause of abnormal functioning of the entire body, including the skin.

The main signs of poor posture are:
🔘 a double chin.
🔘 dry skin
🔘 drooping lip corners
🔘 wrinkles
🔘 puffiness

2. Morning exercise (always boosts your mood and body tone)
3. Drinking a glass of water before breakfast as a ritual
4. Make a plan for the day

Stretching gets rid of stiffness and removes all clamps. Stress levels are decreased and stress levels, as we know, are a major cause of decreased desire for s*x!

According to Freud's theory, legs symbolise s*xuality. And increasing the plasticity in your legs is a way of unlocking that ability 📌
