Are you trying to be perfect in everything you do?
When you start training, improving your nutrition and building a routine around them.
It's easy to think everything must be perfect in order for you to get results.
But that's not the case at all.
In fact chasing perfection can often be the catalyst that makes you give up.
As it's unsustainable and when you can't maintain that perfection, you fall off the wagon.
But missing one workout or eating out here or there isn't going to make f**k all difference down the line.
Those that get the best results are the ones that can make fitness fit into and compliment their lifestyle.
Not take away from it, make it more complicated and leave you feeling pretty miserable.
So instead of chasing perfection, chase consistency.
Being 80% consistent is more realistic, very achievable and proven to deliver results.
Oh and allowing you to keep doing the things you love and enjoy.
