Hi everyone 😊
feeling the Sunday vibes?
Here I am sharing with you a few ideas for a full body workout with just four exercises.
The only thing you will need is a wall (I hope everyone can find one haha) and your body weight as resistance.
I did it at the park on a sunny 😎day!!!
Perform 3 rounds of these 4 exercises with no rest in between but 30-second rest between rounds... so one round would be 12 wall shoulder press,
20 sec of wall seats raising legs, 5 legs walking down on the wall and 12 press-ups on the wall then rest and start the second round and so on ....have a good workout

One massive win for her has been being able to move the heavy boxes at work with a lot more ease and confidence as her strength has improved through her weight training sessions. ⁣
