I’ve worked as a PT for over a decade helping a huge array of people reach their health and fitness goals. In 2013 I graduated with a degree in Strength & Conditioning Science and have completed a host of qualifications which has enabled me to stay at the forefront of the industry. I’m good at what I do and can guarantee they’ll be well looked after. My aim is to give them the results they want in

In a couple of weeks, I will be running a workshop on front and back squats - theory (pros & cons of squats, avoiding injury) & practice followed by an individual assessment. The aim of this workshop is to give you a good understanding of the squat movement, benefits and learn the correct technique. 12 spaces available. All levels welcome. Exact date tbc. We are running a competition to help boost the fan page and reach a milestone of 100 ‘likes’.

All you have to do is ‘like’ the page, like and comment on the competition post and share with a friend.

PRIZE: 3 personal training sessions plus a personalized training plan

As soon as we reach the 100th ‘like’ all correct entries will be collected and one lucky follower will be drawn at random.

Terms & Conditions:
1. To enter like, share and comment on the competition post. You must also ‘like’ the FB page to be eligible for your prize.
2. We will announce the winner on the page within 7 days of 100 likes being received. The winner will also be contacted directly via a private Facebook message, which they should respond to within 7 days to claim their prize. If the selected winner doesn’t respond within 7 days the draw will be taken again and a new winner selected. The training sessions must be booked within two weeks of winning competition.
3. The promotion is open to GB residents aged 18 years or over who are able to travel to the training location (Shepherd’s Bush, London)
4. Only one entry per person. No bulk or repeat entries will be accepted.
5. The prize cannot be changed (ie. for money) but it can be transferred to another person.
