Hey everyone 👋

Sorry been quiet on here as of late - busy at my other job, with life & working my way through the current waiting list !

After signing out of my page & logging back in, I got an influx of messages which I've just read tonight so sorry to everyone who's messaged - will reply privately to see if you still require your bike fixed ! Even Mrs Cycologist has had this problem!!

With that said, current waiting list is, at the moment up to 2 weeks, but will update as I go along.

My wife Chez is running the Great North Run this year and raising money for Northumberland National Park Mountain Rescue Team, a very worthy charity and service run by volunteers who give up their time to assist in looking for missing persons, extracting casualties from inaccessible locations and teaching us all about being safe in the countryside.

Thanks as always for keeping Mr C busy !! - I've been drafted back in to help 🤟

We've just finished repairing our last batch of bikes - including a full make over on a very loved bike!! - & collected the new lot & arranged collection for the next ones too!!

Currently waiting time is 4 weeks... please bare in mind we do both work full time & try to keep to a 'first come, first served' when it comes to the bikes 😀

Changed out a broken bottom bracket to a new (& very shiny!!) one !!

This bike is getting a full service along with worn out / broken parts being repalced including the bottom bracket, chain, brakes & tyres

Currently, my waiting list is 3 weeks...thanks for always keeping me busy 😀

Mrs Cycologist here 🤩 (as always cuz Mr C doesn't do much regarding social media 😅)

On the 9th April 2017, six years ago, Mattie talked to me (his very business minded Wife) about setting up a business fixing bikes...a few hours later, I had set up the page up & he got his first customer 🤩 (a lady called Kath if I remember correctly)

A big THANK YOU to all his customers, for all the small jobs, the big jobs, the full restoration jobs & for keeping him busy in his shed most nights 😆 and mainly the trust you all put into him with your bikes 🚲

We've celebrated tonight...by him teaching me to take a botton bracket off a bike (which requires more muscles than anything 💪)

Hi Folks - Mrs Cycologist here 👋

I've left my warm crafting room to help Mr Cycologist is his shed for a couple of hours 🥶

He'll probs regret asking me for help as I've come in, put my music on & cleaned up before we even got started 🤣

First job of the night, to remove, using a saw, a seat post (with permission from owner!!) from a bike which is off to be sanded down & powder coated before returning back to us to be finished off - our 2nd renovation for this customer 😃

Waiting list is currently 3 weeks - so if you're needing a bike repair, get in quickly 😉
