I'll be covering circuits at 5.45pm tonight and also next Thursday at Heath Gym.

I'll be doing 14 workout stations,
35 seconds work, 15 seconds rest on each station twice and aiming to get around twice. all over workout from legs to shoulders πŸ’ͺ

what 2 years of my own fitness progress looks like. between progress, injuries (massive drop when i had a foot operation), recoveries, the odd lapse due to poor mental health, some planned breaks.... however the trend shows clear improvements over a 2 year period. and it's never over. you just keep going... and trying your best... a big point is that even a whole month of poor choices isn't a reason not to get back on track πŸ‘Š
