Summerheath Dance School

Summerheath Dance School Classes are held at Summerheath Hall and Union Corner Hall in Hailsham from Monday to Thursday and are available for children from 2.5 years.

Summerheath School of Dance was actually started more than 35 years ago but has been under its current principal's direction since 1990. The school may seem fairly small by current standards as classes are restricted to a maximum of 12-14 pupils per class, but this enables us to give everyone the attention they deserve. It also helps us to maintain our ideal of a dance family rather than just a bu

siness. Classes are offered in Ballet, Tap and all types of Modern dance and we pride ourselves on achieving a 100% pass rate in annual exam sessions and producing a show every year so that pupils can experience the fun of performing.
