5 random things about me…

(1) I have a unhealthy obsession with Pom Bears 🐻 I could literally destroy a pack of 12 in under 30mins if left unattended 😂

(2) I have high functioning anxiety. I get s**t done but I overthink everything! (Including this post)

(3) My favourite music will always be 90’s RnB 🎵

(4) I’m highly allergic to wheat 🌾 and I suffer with a b12 deficiency which means I’m tired 9/10 times when I teach! I’ve become a pro at masking it!

(5) I can’t stand disingenuous people, If I feel it - I’ll run away faster then Forest Gump 🏃‍♀️

I’m back in September …

From Tuesday 2nd September I will be back teaching evening classes as I have the support of my husband caring for Loki at night 🐾

I will be back teaching the morning classes from Monday 14th September if I can get Lokis anxiety under control 🙏 (if I can’t you might see a little Loki in a crate in the morning classes 🙈)

2026 has definitely been a year of RESILIENCE when the going gets tough the tough kept GOING 🤍

Ever fancied stepping into the world of the West End? Now's your chance!

This September we're launching our brand-new Adult Musical Theatre class a fun, friendly class combining singing, dancing and acting with plenty of laughter along the way!

And you absolutely do not need previous experience. This is about having a go, building confidence and enjoying yourself in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Musical Theatre is fantastic for:

🎭 Building confidence
🎶 Improving your voice and musicality
💃 Keeping active through dance and movement
🧠 Learning new skills and challenging your brain
