If I had £1 for every time I said these three things… I’d be sipping a cocktail in the Maldives instead of yelling lovingly at you lot on Instagram.
But I’ll keep saying them, because I care about you guys.
And because sometimes we all need the same truth bomb 47 times before it finally sticks in our ‘50 tabs open at all times’ brains.
✨ The scales are not the main character.
They don’t measure definition, bum peachiness, energy, sass, or how FIT AF you look in that Zara jumpsuit. Yes they can be one point of data but they don’t paint the whole picture
✨ Pilates, HIIT & BodyPump won’t get you toned.
Cute workouts. Love them. I do HIIT, it’s great.
But if you want sculpted shoulders, a peachy t**h and to actually look ‘toned’, you’ve gotta lift (yes you can do it at home a few times a week)
✨ You’re NOT broken.
It’s not your hormones, metabolism or moon phase betraying you.
It’s that the plan you’ve been following was never designed for you.
Fix the strategy → change your life.
