IMPORTANT INFORMATION for the Nitro X Cross events this weekend.

Gates are open 1pm Friday- there is no entry before this time due to ongoing work being done around the site by us and our Neighbours/farmer- Please don’t attempt to get here before this time as you will block the lane which is a public road.

After 1pm site access is allowed, both camping and pitting areas. This year camping/parking is in an adjacent field not at the back of the track.

The track will open at 5pm Friday for practice, this is at a cost of £5 each and is weather permitting. Please no engines before 5pm due to planning constraints. Please pay us before using the track via cash or PayPal.

Because the camping is now closer to the Houses we have a 10pm Noise curfew. We ask that all generators/music are off by 10pm. The ESBRC team will direct you to parking/camping and pitting areas. You may be asked to move if you don’t follow instructions.

Please make sure clear access is available to the sides of the track and race control at all times. Any drivers blocking access will be asked to move immediately. Pitting can be in the main field or to the left side of the track. Please park/pit and camp tidily! Anyone not doing so will also be asked to move.

Drinking Water is available on site,bin bags are available in race control but there is no skip/bins on site….please take all rubbish home with you and please leave the field as you found it!!

No fires/fire-pits/charcoal BBQ! This is a decision from our landlord that’s been taken as there has been a large fire at the farm in recent weeks.

Additional Portable Toilets on site this weekend - Please do not use the portable toilets to empty Caravan/Camper toilets into. (Toilets by the Rostrum are not in use)

We have cleaning centres with access to a club compressor and wash stations available. Please wear the googles provided.

Catering all weekend – provided by Able2Cater.

Camping is available at £5.00 per night – Cash is preferred (or can be via PayPal to the club – PayPal address is [email protected]

Dogs are allowed on site, but must be kept on a lead at all times, please do not let your dog go near the Horses/Livestock and make sure all dog mess is cleaned up.

No Drones/Flying RC permitted on site due to the close location to the airfield/RAF airspace.

Tonight’s club night is cancelled due to the local weather forecast of rain!

We will however be having a track work day on Sunday, from approximately 10am to get the track ready for NXC next weekend.

If anyone is free to help we would be very grateful.

Thanks to those who came today for practice. Lots of laps put in….

Unfortunately we don’t have enough for a meeting tomorrow so we have decided to cancel.

We will be open Thursday night (weather depending) and we will be at the track next weekend for some track Prep for the upcoming Nitroxcross, if anyone is free to lend a hand, details will be put up later in the week.

Need help or advise or just want to check out the track please come and find us trackside!

Toilets and cleaning stations available on site.

It’s £10 for Members and £15 for Non members.

Please note- We currently don’t have enough for a meeting on Sunday, if you intend on racing please book in as soon as possible, final call will be made in the morning.
