Visited the Haywards Heath dojo last night, the class was taken by Jonz Wale sensei on holiday from Japan. Excellent session, good energy on the mats, we all learned loads. Many thanks to Jonz sensei for taking the time to share his wealth of knowledge and to the HH guys for hosting.

Its been very testing at the Makotokan in recent weeks, that is, we've been doing lots of test training and it has paid off. Congratulations to Alex, Lily, Roman and Paul for your excellent performances and well deserved promotions.

The guys at our Haywards Heath dojo tested last week and performed extremely well, certificates were presented at Monday nights class. Well done Paul, Henri, Adam & Rob (not all present here) another good photo opportunity. Also well done to everyone for their efforts in class. Osu!
