The guys at our Haywards Heath dojo tested last week and performed extremely well, certificates were presented at Monday nights class. Well done Paul, Henri, Adam & Rob (not all present here) another good photo opportunity. Also well done to everyone for their efforts in class. Osu!

We had an enjoyable and slightly challenging hatsu geiko (first training) on Monday, finishing with 1000 sword cuts, which everyone accomplished. Here are a few photo's from the session....
