I think training for a 200kg deadlift may have developed my back a little 😂
Off the back of my post about body confidence issues, sometimes it can swing totally the other way. The way you view your body can vary from day to day, some days better than others.
Now I try to look at it in relation to my training and performance. How has my training shaped / changed my body. It’s intriguing more than it is vain.
