7 things I wish someone yelled at me in my 20's (before I learned them the hard way) 🤍

Save this one - you'll need the reminder eventually.

We had 30 secs to learn this before the camera started rolling 😅

Huge thanks to for teaching us the routine (and being so patient with me) - using my ankle weights as bracelets was her idea and honestly? Iconic.

Not perfect, but so much fun 🤍

One of my favourite parts of building Kallpa Move has been meeting incredible women doing amazing things.

Met in the park and instantly clicked over movement, motherhood, and small biz life 🤍

She's a dancer building her own academy. I'm over here obsessing over minimalist Pilates gear. Somehow we ended up choreographing a bit with my ankle weights as bracelets 😂

More of this soon 👀

Being a mum, working full-time and building Kallpa Move means I'm constantly choosing where my energy goes.

The biggest lesson I've learned isn't about money.

It's about protecting my time, my peace and the things that matter most.

I'm still learning every day, but these are a few things I simply can't afford anymore.

What can't you afford anymore? 🤍

Somewhere along the way I realised wellness wasn't about doing more - more workouts, more discipline, more hustle.

It was about slowing down enough to notice what actually made me feel good.

It's choosing Pilates because it feels good, not because it burns the most calories.

It's protecting a Saturday morning instead of filling it with plans.

It's keeping a small, honest circle instead of chasing everyone's approval.

It's building something like Kallpa Move slowly, on my own terms, instead of rushing to "make it."

Pilates taught me that. Building this business keeps reminding me of it.

Save this for the days you forget how far you've come 🤍

Which slide resonated with you most?
