Every time I run a Fit 4 Ever class at Flourish Grimsby, I leave with the biggest smile on my face.

The team at Flourish bring an energy to dance fitness that’s honestly infectious — the kind of joy that fills the whole room and stays with you for the rest of the day.

Dave McMahon and his amazing team create such a supportive, uplifting environment, and I feel genuinely privileged to be a small part of the activities they offer. Watching everyone move, laugh, and give it their all reminds me exactly why I started Fit 4 Ever in the first place.

It’s impossible not to feel inspired when you’re surrounded by that much enthusiasm, energy & heart.

While we use small weights through some of the exercise routines, this class is focussed on Flexibility & Mobility, not looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his hey day! ❌

It’s suitable for every ability level — you go at your own pace while learning how to move better, breathe better, and feel better.

✨ Dance Easy – The perfect gentle dance fitness starter class for those who fondly remember the sounds of the 60’s & 70’s✨

Has it been a while? Are you looking for a fun way to move your body, feel better, and enjoy some uplifting music?

💃 Our Dance Easy class is perfectly designed with you in mind.

• Gentle routines that are simple to follow.

• Relaxed movements to help ease stiffness and improve mobility.

• All set to the feel good sounds of the 60’s & 70’s. 🎶

This one hour class is perfect if you’d like to add more movement into your week and keep your joints feeling free and flexible for the long term.

Here’s a brief look at the exercises we do:

• ♪ 2 songs of warm ups to ease ourselves in to it.

• ♪ 1 song of gentle squats to work on leg strength & knee flexibility.

• ♪ 1 song to work on arms & shoulder joints.

• ♪ 4 songs of easy cardio for our hearts.

• ♪ 3 songs of chair routines to work on our core strength.

• ♪ 2 songs of wall press ups. (not the tough ones on the floor!)

What a fantastic start!

So we are officially up & running with the first Fit 4 Ever sessions completed today!

Thank you so much to all you lovely people booked in to the first session, not only for turning up, but for turning up with flowers & prosecco! Please note - Prosecco will not be served at all fitness classes, but we're not ruling it out completely, everything in moderation!

Thanks also to all my family, friends & friends of friends who have liked & shared this page in the last few days. I literally went from 0-150 followers overnight...
..But after my class today I was astonished to see my page had almost doubled in followers!!

I believe it has something to do with the thoughtful The Canoe River Cleaner (Jim) and a lovely post he kindly put out to his thousands of wonderful followers.

Thank you Jim, and thank you and welcome to all you Canoe River Cleaner & All Things Good & Nice fans who have liked followed me. It really has made a great day even more special.x.

So here we are!

Hi, Rachel here, and welcome to my new project - FIT 4 EVER.

After years of trying to stay healthy & strong my own way, by keeping things simple & part of everyday life, I've learned 1 simple truth - It's all about balance & consistency.

I've loved learning in-depth about how the body works, and finding ways to keep it strong, mobile & full of energy. For me it's all about eating well, moving daily & being consistent - without cutting out the things you enjoy.

I believe in nature's medicine: Sunlight, nourishing food, laughter & exercise. This isn't about dieting, it's about creating habits for lifelong health that fit in to everyday life.

Within these ideals I developed a simple ethos:

Strength - Mobility - Nutrition - Longevity

These 4 simple, impactful words are the core foundation of FIT 4 EVER, and the reason why the business, website & this page exist.

I can't wait to share tips, workouts, recipes & motivation to help you feel strong, confident & fit 4 life - Basically your best you.
