💥 TABATA STEP CLASS 💥

Fabulous class this evening, a hybrid Tabata step and dumbbells workout! 😃

Strength, cardio, coordination, synchronisation 🤯😅 but everyone was awesome, especially the newbies in the room! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

They loved it too, all wanting to join the group! 💚

Fast paced, but they love that, it makes the time go so quickly whilst they're in the studio! ⏱️

Strength work 💪🏼💪🏾 balance 🤸🏼‍♂️🤸🏼‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♂️ and even a chillout corner with some stretching! 🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♂️🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️

And then there was the 9kg slam ball synchro throws! 😬 Synchronisation, coordination, core work and most of all, trust in their partner! 😅
