They are from 1k up to 7miles & suitable for runners, walkers, dog walkers & families. 14 routes suitable for buggies & wheelchairs. These routes were created because we wanted to capture the many people that headed outdoors during lockdown. We didn't want you to stop once lockdown eased so we created these routes across North East Lincolnshire to encourage you all to keep moving! The benefits of
being outdoors and exercising is like medicine to your soul! The effect of just 15 minutes a day walking can really improve your mental health & wellbeing. The feel good endorphins will kick in and we will feel happier and fitter! You can use the routes to explore North East Lincolnshire or use them for your training, meeting friends for a walk, time outside with the kids or maybe challenge yourself to complete each set! (We will be hosting some Medal Challenges for these!)
