There will be no Strong classes (incl. Weights) this Saturday morning, Monday evening or Thursday evening. Saturday the 22nd August is still TBC.

Ryhall is a lovely little village and one of my favourite places to teach Zumba to the local community there.

The Ryhall Bowls Club has started a crowdfunding Project aiming to raise £9,169.

Keeping small clubs like this going is so important to build community links and prevent social isolation. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Ryhall Bowls Club is raising funds to renovate our bowling green. This is the start of a wider project to rejuvenate and grow our club.

Myself and the lovely Julia Northover are hosting a unique wellness event in October this year!

Julia and I have worked together for many years now on her beautiful retreat days where I have offered a gentle stretch, breathwork and meditation session alongside many other lovely experiences she collates such as journaling, crystals and sound baths all centred around self care; but this time it’s something a little different!

An empowering session including movement, meditation and much more focusing on reconnecting with yourself 🫶🏻 includes all activities during the session, a fabulous goodie bag and a delicious lunch!

25th October 2026 10am-2pm @ Gretton Village Hall.

Sam is away for a week, so there will be no STRONG or STRONG WITH WEIGHTS classes on 11th, 13th and 16th July, Classes will return to the normal schedule from 20th July 💕
