Got down to for a workout with yesterday on a boiling hot day
We hit a new volume PB on deadlift : 80 reps @ 60kg!
To see her still smashing all timers after all these years in the gym is one of the best parts of my week
But honestly the real bonus is that I've trained her up so well that she can now load my lifting weight up for me
Chucking those 25 plates up on that chest press is not easy at all
