Got down to for a workout with yesterday on a boiling hot day

We hit a new volume PB on deadlift : 80 reps @ 60kg!

To see her still smashing all timers after all these years in the gym is one of the best parts of my week

But honestly the real bonus is that I've trained her up so well that she can now load my lifting weight up for me

Chucking those 25 plates up on that chest press is not easy at all

Most people think they need to take everything. They don't.

If you only ever get five supplements right, make it these:

If you’re new to supplements and don’t know where to start, this one’s for you.

The Beginner Stack isn’t about doing the most. It’s about doing the right things consistently, before your money starts going to stuff your body isn’t even ready to use yet. Five supplements. That’s it. Done consistently for three months, you’ll be ahead of the majority of people in any gym.

The mistake most beginners make is skipping straight to the complicated stuff. Pre-workouts, fat burners, amino acids. Because the marketing is loud and the packaging is convincing. Don’t. Get the foundations right first.
