Our 2014s were proud to take part in the Scottish FA & Network Rail rail safety campaign this week. 🚆⚽

The boys took part in a series of activities and discussions focused around important rail safety messages, helping raise awareness of the dangers around railways and overhead power lines.

Fantastic engagement and attitude from all of the players throughout the session. 👏

A big thank you to the Scottish FA and Network Rail for allowing grassroots clubs to support such an important campaign.

Our 2014s have been taking part in the Scottish FA & Network Rail Safety Campaign this week ⚽️🚆

The boys have been learning important rail safety messages and understanding the dangers around railway lines, stations and crossings. One fact that really stood out was that a train travelling at 125mph can take up to 2000 metres — around 20 football pitches — to stop.

A brilliant session combining football, learning and awareness. Big well done to all the players for their engagement and attitude throughout 👏

The team are really starting to click now and are only 1 or 2 players away from building a really strong squad. Some excellent football played at times and great attitude throughout from everyone involved 💪

⚡️🚆 Our 2014s have been learning all about rail safety as part of the Scottish FA & Network Rail Safety Campaign.

We are delighted to be taking part in this fantastic initiative, helping educate young players on the dangers around railways and the importance of staying safe.

One of the biggest messages the players learned was that overhead rail line electricity can “jump” up to 3 metres — higher than the crossbar on a full-size goal 😳

A really important programme and great engagement from all the players involved 💙⚽💛
