An excellent evening at Hillingdon Circuit yesterday for the Westerley Circuit 10 including this years well supported ‘Old Crocs Trophy’ competition followed by a celebration buffet. Yesterday evening the Westerley ran the first circuit 10 of this year’s Hillingdon series in cool bright windy conditions. There was a good entry so there are lots of action photos of the riders. Welcome all to the 2026 Time Trial (TT) Season.
Lots of new info for first timers to experienced riders .
First of West London Combine (WLC) TT series is 10 mile at Hillingdon track Sunday March 1st 9am first rider off .
Entries OPEN NOW close Feb 23rd .
Road or TT bike (Change your mind on the start line no issue a Marshall will check) . BASIC rules working front / rear light and a helmet required , NO DRAFTING plenty of space on climb / home straight.
New to TT's a 'rider info pack' is produced in the days prior to event with everything you need to know - ENTRIES for WLC TT's and starting this season more of Westerley events via SPOND app - Here is the link for SPOND WLC entry - PLEASE NOTE if you are using SPOND for the first time send me a message with your name, I will confirm you into the WLC Westerley group (if possible use Whats App this message is repeated there) . https://spond.com/invite/PFGXF .
National rankings for your TT rides from 2017 onward can be found here https://www.spindata.co.uk/ go to riders , search Westerley club and select name , sorted by 5 year age group , We are London West District .

The Westerley Winter Warmer is the starting event on the calendar for the Chiltern Classics. It is a great chance to get some base miles in while testing your winter fitness on some of the toughest climbs the Chilterns has to offer. There are a choice of short, medium and long routes, all of which offer picturesque views and quiet roads. Just remember to wrap up warm!

!One week to go!

The Summer Sizzler, a hilly summer ride in the Chilterns which returned last year after an extended break, is running again this year, on Sunday 14th September.

It starts and finishes at Chalfont St Peter.

It is running as an informal event without an HQ but there will be official timing.

Entry is free, but we are limited to 200 riders.
