Hi everyone

We’d love to invite your children to take part in an official competition at **Ealing Weightlifting Club on Saturday 19 September 2026**.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to build confidence, learn the rules and experience competing in a friendly, supportive environment. They may also have the chance to qualify for the **English Championships 2027**, subject to the qualifying requirements.

**Entry fee:** £17.50—half the adult price
**Weigh-in:** 11:30 am
**Competition starts:** 12 noon
**Expected finish:** 2:30 pm

Today’s training took an unexpected turn 🔥😂 A little fire outside meant we had to evacuate the building.

Everyone was safe, and while we waited, our little girl decided to keep us entertained with her cute little moves. 😂

So much for serious training today!
