🎉Celebrating the achievements of all the wonderful mums and babies who have been on the amazing journey on the Post Natal Pilates classes over the last 6 months.

A wonderful opportunity to grow stronger together, build new connections, confidence, finding moments to move together on our mats each week.

Thank you Rachael Spencer for being there with me from day 1, and to every single person who came along and helped shape and develop the way we moved with the little ones there too.

So happy you are all ready and have graduated towards the next steps as you return to work and little ones head to nursery!

What a day! Our Community Picnic was a wonderful opportunity to bring people of all ages together, enjoy food, move to the music and share thoughts on what it means to live well!

Finding moments to connect, discover movement that is enjoyable in spaces and places that are inclusive and accessible is so important.The George Carnall Community Hub is that place!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate and join in on the fun!

Happy days! A wonderful pop up Pilates session today at The Manchester College with Student Ambassadors, players from the basketball and netball teams trying postures and movements on their mats for the first time!

Lighter nights and brighter mornings.. Spring is on its way!
Join me this this weekend for my Feel Good Sunday session where we’ll moving, stretching, connecting and creating space on our mats to move into March with a spring in our step!

Suitable for all ages and abilities, there are limited spaces available this Sunday 1st March at 12.45-1.45pm so book your spot now if you’d like to come along.

We are back at the gorgeous Sister & Soul studio, Church Rd, Urmston. £15pp and light refreshments and all equipment is provided.

Reformer training - Day 2 complete! What a gorgeous journey so far, building new skills and getting ready to support more Pilates clients in new ways.

Professional development is key to evolving and sharing learnings and experiencing new environments with other teachers is so inspiring.

The aspects of precision, alignment , breath and core/centre/controlled movement supports mind body connection and this is why I love the Pilates method so much.

Lots of new ideas coming back into my mat classes this week too!

Are you a new mum, parent or carer looking for a beginners Pilates class that welcomes your little one too?

Join Sam for these post natal Pilates mat based classes, designed to gently support and enable you to begin moving a little more, easing stiffness, shoulder and back pain, along with creating a moment for you.

Little ones are always welcome, and what a wonderful way for them to see you grow stronger and more confident each week!

All ages, all abilities welcome - any questions or queries please feel free to reach out as trying something new can sometimes feel challenging and that’s ok too.

£7 per class offered on a pay as you go basis. Every Tuesday 11.30am - 12.10 at George Carnall Community Hub.
