Honestly I'm so proud of Grace’s Rock Fitness and everything she has achieved since joining the crazy world of group exercise last year!

She has smashed absolutely everything that she has done and is an inspiration, even to an old hat like me 😂

Her passion and energy knows no bounds. She's created an amazing community, built a strong brand and is just such an amazing badass. I am really lucky to consider her a friend and to share the fitness space with her. So grateful to have another to share the weirdly specific niche passion of group fitness and rock music with 😂

Congratulations on making the shortlist for British Fitness Awards 💪🏻 they would be fools not to pick you as their winner 🧡🧡

Everybody posting their Download shenanigans on here making me get the blues for live music! My first and only Download was 2013 when I got to see Rammstein live for the first time 🔥

That fully solidified them as my favourite artist and they've retained that position ever since! My most recent Rammstein-adjacant gig was seeing Till Lindemann last November. A great show as always!
