This weekend the Thundercats will be supporting the FA’s weekend initiative which is all about encouraging a positive matchday atmosphere and letting the girls just focus on playing and hearing their own voices and to make their own decisions.

Afterall, it should only ever be about the girls enjoying these moments.

Looking forward to the game and seeing the best from our girls.

🏆 THUNDERCATS NIGHT OF CELEBRATIONS 🏆

Tonight we celebrate as a team and a group for what was another wonderful season with the Thundercats.

The girls encountered challenges, they had some defeats, and they had some great wins, they continued to develop, they built more closer friendships and bonds in the group, they grew in confidence and most of all they had fun and tried their best all season, so tonight we celebrate together and reward the girls for their efforts.

Then we focus on season #4 starting next week!

The Thundercats played their 2nd 9v9 friendly this evening as we continue to learn and prepare for next season.

A big thank you to CFD U11 Girls for hosting and it was a great end to end game with all girls giving lots of effort till the end.

⚽️📣 The Thundercats are back in action this weekend in our first match since our cup final victory to end our season.

We face a very good Lea Hall Lionesses team (who were also cup final winners 👏) in the first of our pre-season friendlies as we now start to focus on playing 9v9, bigger ball, bigger pitch, bigger goals and the lovely offside rule which should be interesting! 😆

The girls are rested and now excited to get back on the pitch and practicing for next season.

⚽️📣 U11 (25/26) Girls Friendlies Required 📣⚽️

Our Wyrley Thundercats team are looking to organise summer friendlies during July & August as we move to 9v9.

We can host in Wolverhampton/Cannock area or we can travel.

We are seeking mid or mid-high level teams to play against in order to prepare for next season on a bigger pitch, bigger football, bigger goals & an offside rule amongst the differences from last season.

Please reach out if you/your team has availability on weekends during July & August!
