It's been a pleasure and a chore but the doors are closing. I am so sorry to announce. I am shutting Optimum Fitness on the 31st of July.

While writing this I am shaking , emotional and devastated but this was my choice, the gym was still successful I just want a new challenge in life.

I want to say thank you so much for supporting me through everything . Everyone that has come over 7 and half years I just want to say thank you because without it wouldn't be what it is today!

I started this journey all on my own And took a risk. It paid off but it's time for a change for me . I have Fallen out of love with it and I want to put my heart into something else.

I have met friends for life and people I will never forget.
When I started at 20 years old, I was just a kid I am leaving as a man.

I love you all who believed in me it’s choking me up knowing this is the end. But i knows right.

COMPETITION prep!

This was only 6 weeks. We had to be very aggressive!

As a online client Rosie received Macro calculated plan. 3 weigh in checks in a week. Training plan and day to day help when it gets very hard.
