Wonderful 6-hour Breakthrough session yesterday. Wonderful client, lots of lightbulb/'aha' moments ... limiting beliefs and decisions kicked to the kerb. This stuff is dynamite.

What is Hypnotic Coaching?

It isn't counselling, CBT or even 'therapy' in the strictest sense of the word. It doesn't require delving into past events - it can often be entirely without context. It doesn't require a series of sessions. Many issues are dealt with in one go.

Why is it 'hypnotic'?
The obvious answer is that it includes a hypnosis session, and the less obvious answer is that all coaching is hypnotic. Just by reading this, you're in hypnosis.

What is hypnosis?
It's imagination. Belief. Focus. Expectation.

What's the best thing about it?
It works.

Hello! Thanks for visiting my new page for Julie Wilson Hypnotic Coaching ...

Most of my friends know me as an independent celebrant, a job I've loved for 10 years, and one I'll be happy to do for another 10 ... and some know that during this time, I've also been working as a coach with NLP and hypnosis. I've had great results over the years with all sorts of people and issues so it's time to take the plunge and operate as a business.
