So proud of my amazing client sophie and everything she’s achieved 👏✨
She came to me with one main goal: to lose body fat and feel confident before going travelling, and she absolutely smashed it. But what she gained along the way was so much more than just physical results.

We kept things realistic and sustainable. We trained 2 times a week in person, focusing on progressive strength training, good technique and pushing her safely outside her comfort zone. Alongside that, she completed 2 core workouts at home each week through my app, so she was still moving and building strength even on busy days.
