So proud of my amazing client sophie and everything she’s achieved 👏✨

She came to me with one main goal: to lose body fat and feel confident before going travelling, and she absolutely smashed it. But what she gained along the way was so much more than just physical results.

✔️ Noticeable fat loss
✔️ Muscle definition she never thought she’d have
✔️ A huge boost in body confidence
✔️ Proper knowledge of the gym (no more feeling lost or intimidated)
✔️ A much better understanding of nutrition and how to fuel her body

We kept things realistic and sustainable. We trained 2 times a week in person, focusing on progressive strength training, good technique and pushing her safely outside her comfort zone. Alongside that, she completed 2 core workouts at home each week through my app, so she was still moving and building strength even on busy days.

This is what happens when consistency meets the right plan and support. No extremes. No quick fixes. Just smart training, education, and accountability 💪

Watching her confidence grow has honestly been the best part, walking into the gym knowing exactly what she’s doing, feeling strong in her body, and heading off travelling feeling her absolute best 🌍✨

Couldn’t be prouder of this lovely client - Liv 🤍
She came to me wanting to feel confident and in shape for her wedding and in just 3 months, she absolutely smashed it!

10kg down in just 3 months — but the scale is only PART of the story 💪✨

I am so proud of Beth’s journey, but what I’m most proud of is her commitment and determination to achieve these results 🔥

We trained together twice a week, with her doing one extra session on her own, but what she gained in that time goes far beyond the gym.

8 Week Full-Body Program now live 🔥

In this program you will have 4 phases, with 2 workouts a week:
• Upper body
• Lower body
Both including cardio and abs

This program is pre-designed and perfect to kick start your fitness journey and/or to give you a routine to follow.

It is all done via my app that I use, with videos and descriptions on how to do the exercises. Reps, weights, sets, resistance and rest has all been programmed to give you results ⭐️

Each week you will upload progress photos and will have a form to fill out on how you’ve got on!

I will also set your calories and macros for you and on the app you can connect your fitness watches and MyFitnessPal to it, so you can track your habits.

This program is currently only £40 !!! The equivalent to just £5 a week (or a Starbucks😉)

And for an extra £10 you can upgrade to get a basic meal plan that meets your macros and calories 👍🏼

With a plan tailored to his needs, his life and plans we have established some strong habits that will last and set a good routine.
