I’d also like to share a little personal update.

After more than 12 years of teaching regular Aqua Zumba classes, I’ve decided to take a break.

At the moment I’m not sure whether that break will be temporary or permanent, but right now my knees are telling me they need some rest.

Aqua Zumba has been a huge part of my teaching journey and I’ve loved every minute of splashing, dancing and laughing with so many of you over the years.

For now, let’s enjoy this week’s classes and see what the future brings.
