— T H E E A R T H I S O U R G Y M —
Whilst for some, gyms reopening was epic news, equally, many didn’t feel comfortable to rush back.
For myself and my team, when lockdown hit we carried on training together via Zoom... we made the necessary adaptions and used what resources we had. When we could progress outdoors, we did so. For over 12 weeks now we have developed a solid outdoor training routine that not only works, but is getting my clients AWESOME results.
I can proudly say we made a path that worked for us and it still does. As a team, my clients can feel confident that I have their back to always adapt our training, as and when necessary, in these unknown times.
