Tullibody 4–2 Central

Poor day at the office for the boys today.

On another day, we could’ve been 3 or 4 goals up in the first half. Credit to the Tullibody goalkeeper, who pulled off a couple of great saves to keep them in it.

We just lacked that final bit of quality and end product when the chances came our way, and unfortunately the game got away from us in the second half.

Disappointing result, but plenty to learn from. Heads up, boys — we go again. 💪⚽️

SCOTTISH CUP | BIG GAME SUNDAY 🏆

Big game for us on Sunday as we play our first ever Scottish Cup game! 🔥

Another tough test awaits as we take on Tullibody St. Serf's FC , a team playing a league above us who have had some really good results to start their season.

We know we’ll have to be at our best, but the boys are ready for the challenge and will give everything to try and progress to the next round. 💪⚽️

⚽️ CENTRAL 6–3 STIRLING UNI ⚽️

The boys are absolutely on fire just now, scoring goals for fun! 🔥

We found ourselves 6–1 up after 60 minutes, and that was probably the best 60 minutes of football we’ve played so far this season. 👏

We did get a bit complacent towards the end and took our foot off the gas, but credit to Stirling Uni — they never stopped fighting and kept going right until the final whistle. Some really decent players in their squad and I’m sure they’ll do well this season. 👏

Another big win and another 3 points for Central! 💪

Player Sponsorship ⚽️💷

We’re going to try something a little different this season and see if we can get each player a sponsor.

It’s £50 per player and all we’re asking is for people to share the post and see if anyone would be interested in sponsoring one of the boys.

The money will go straight back into the team and help us towards new kit and equipment. Basically, we’re looking for a bit of support that can make a massive difference to the club. 🙌
