Brilliant low level all rounder, has done a bit of everything.

HAPPY HACKER AVAILABLE FOR FULL LOAN — TO STAY ON CURRENT YARD
📍 Based at Marston Grange Equestrian, near Pembridge
Indie is a 16.1hh 14yo KWPN mare who is ready to find her perfect partner to enjoy some relaxed hacking.

She’s perfect to do in every way. Hacks alone or in company, in front or behind. I spend most of her hacks with my reins hooked on my whip and my hands in my pockets. She regularly hacks out ba****ck & in just a headcollar and has been hacked ba****ck by a 12 year old after 3 weeks off. Perfect to handle on the ground.

Indie has a muscle condition called Myofibrillar Myopathy, which means she cannot physically cope with arena work any more. She has previously evented to novice and show jumped to 1.20. She is a very classy horse who has sadly had to end her competition career early. She’s very intelligent & has a great personality!
She does enjoy the occasional short groundwork session over poles for variety.
She currently hacks every other day and is coping well with this workload. Equally you can leave her for a month and she won’t be fresh to bring back into work! She wouldn’t be suitable for someone wanting to consistently hack out for hours at a time or do lots of trot & canter work. Her perfect partner is someone who enjoys a chilled walk around the lanes and who wants to spend time fussing with her on the ground 💞
Indie is to stay on her current yard on either full or 5/2 livery. Beautiful facilities & people to hack with.
