Your last chance to dance with us this week, as we’re taking a couple of weeks break.

All classes are running as usual. But please note, our Thursday Gold class will be an hour earlier at 09.30.

We will be back from Tuesday 29th September at HEDCA.

From Monday 5th October, our NEW Mixed intensity class begins in The Slaughter House at Royal Clarence Yard, Gosport. Class starts at 10.30 am.

Come and give it a try!

All classes are £6 payg. (Class passes are available, just ask). No booking needed so just turn up.
