Hey Gosport! We are back in class this week. Not great timing with a heatwave! But you’ve told me you wanna get back. (So do I)😁
It’s been a mad couple of months for us as injury and then surgery have taken me off my feet to rest. But I’m more than ready. And thanks to all your lovely messeges of support, I know you are too!
Tips for the hot weather while in class.
1. Bring plenty of water. The more intake the better control of blood pressure while exercising and maintains hydration. And remember to continue after class too.
2. Put a damp flannel, cloth, towel, in the freezer or fridge and bring it too class in a waterproof bag. It will help cool you down.
3. Take regular breaks. We will be doing this regardless, but listen to your own body!
