Two courses starting in February at the Drum RDA with myself and Braefield Equestrian Training- with Caroline Wilson

These courses are open to anyone keen to learn. They provide a welcoming environment with knowledgable coaches where you can ask questions, and discuss topics within a small group. Tea, coffee and biscuits included.

JOB VACANCY

Part-Time Stable Hand required
Hunterfield Riding School, North Berwick

Part-time, approximately 16 hours with some flexibility required.

Main days are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, with some Sundays, or other days by arrangement.

This role includes a degree of physical work, so applicant should be fit and able to manage day to day heavier tasks around the yard.

Basic level of experience with horses required, training provided.

Own transport desirable.

Well, turns out I haven’t put anything on here for a while, maybe that’s a good thing😉
Here we go…..

Summer 2025 has been a fun and busy one.

🏕️ Lots of camps, even headed over to Northern Ireland with Braefield Equestrian Training- with Caroline Wilson 😀
🤓 Taken on a new role at Lingfield Equine Distance Learning as Lead Tutor.
📚Added BHS Ride Safe Assessor to my cv.
🎖️Challenge Award clients at Ian Stark Equestrian Centre are progressing through their BHS Challenge Awards packs nicely, and reaching Platinum level 💪🏻
🐴 Started a monthly horse care group in East Lothian at Hunterfield Riding School. I have some spaces if anyone would like to join 🙂

As well as the above I got to work with my lovely regular clients and their horses🥰, and spend some time with our very own Douglas and Darcy too ❤️

Looking forward to whatever is next….

Hello 👋🏻
As a BHS accredited coach I work with all ages of beginners and grassroots riders.

I have first aid, safe guarding, insurance, cpd and a support network of other equine professionals to call upon.

If anyone would like a lesson I have some weekday spaces.

I also run BHS Challenge Awards ride and care at Ian Stark Equestrian Centre, and horse care mornings Hunterfield Riding School.
