Round up of the last matches of the first half
In the latest round of the Goole Monday Darts League, Division 1 saw some decisive victories. "Heppy's A" secured an 11-5 win over "The Bell & Crown", maintaining their strong position in the league. "Old Goole Club" also performed well with a 10-6 triumph against "Steam Packet". Meanwhile, "Jemmy's" dominated "The Peacock" with a commanding 13-3 victory, reinforcing their top position in the standings. The match between "Howdendyke Club" and "BYE" was cancelled. Despite these results, there were no changes in the standings for Division 1, with all teams holding their previous positions.
In Division 2, "Swinefleet Club" climbed one spot in the standings after a convincing 12-4 win over "Counting House A". "Heppy's B" continued their strong performance with a 10-6 victory against "Marina", keeping their second-place position secure. "Holland's Heroes" retained their top spot by defeating "The Old George" 10-6. The match between "Vermuyden A" and "Counting House B" ended in an 8-8 draw, resulting in a position swap between "Swinefleet Club" and "Counting House B", with "Swinefleet Club" moving up to third place and "Counting House B" dropping to fourth. Other positions in Division 2 remained unchanged following this week's matches.
